Meet Scott McDevitt Sr., the founder and CEO of Translogistics Inc (TLI), a leading 3PL freight brokerage company. With over 30 years of industry experience, Scott is a seasoned professional who has guided TLI through incredible growth and expansion.
Before starting TLI, Scott was a leading sales rep in leadership at Yellow. He started TLI in 1994 and has since led the company through significant growth, adding on additional transportation modes such as LTL, Truckload, Air, Expedite, and International. Under his leadership, TLI has become the #1 top-growing GRCA business and has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional customer-centric service.
Scott is a firm believer in Christian principles and has built TLI on a foundation of trust, loyalty, and integrity. He values diversity and is committed to developing and growing the TLI family. He enjoys working with his family and has created a culture that fosters teamwork, respect, collaboration, and a strong work ethic.

President
Meet Ron Chelli, President of Translogistics Inc, a leading logistics solutions provider. Ron is a highly experienced executive with a deep understanding of the needs of manufacturing and distribution shippers, both ideal customers of TLI. Ron earned his degree from Millersville University and led a very successful Wholesale Building Materials company for many years, as President, before coming on-board in his current role at TLI.
Since joining TLI, Ron has been instrumental in driving the company's growth and continuing to develop its unique and friendly culture. He has a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement and has implemented numerous initiatives that have resulted in increased efficiency, scalability and profitability. Under Ron's leadership, TLI has expanded its personnel footprint into Houston, Texas, a hotbed for moving freight. His strategic vision, collaborative leadership style, and dedication to excellence have made him a valuable asset to the TLI team.
His laser-focus on customers - both internal and external – as well as his ability to inspire our team, are the two attributes he is most proud of.
When not working, Ron is an avid gym-rat, and loves to read and listen to music. He also adores his three grandchildren (and their parents 😉), loves Philadelphia sports teams (although a Golden State Warriors fan), and thoroughly enjoys the Jersey Shore, as well as dining out with his wife, Judy, most weekends.
Finance Director

With over a decade of experience at TLI, Brandy is a seasoned professional who has worked her way up through the ranks, starting as an Audit Specialist and rising to her current position as the Director of Finance.
Brandy holds an Accounting Degree and a Masters in Business Administration from the prestigious Alvernia University. Her expertise in finance and accounting has been invaluable to TLI, where she has helped set the company up for long-term growth and success.
As the head of TLI's AaaS team ( Audit as a Service) and the Accounting Departments, Brandy is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records. She is a big team player and is known for her easy-going and collaborative approach. She has worked hard to improve the culture in her department and across the organization, earning the respect and admiration of her colleagues.
Information Technology Director
Meet Ben McDevitt, the Director of Information Technology at Translogistics Inc, a leading logistics solutions provider. With over 14 years of experience in the transportation industry, Ben is a seasoned professional who has led numerous development initiatives, including the successful launch of the company's Transportation Management System, ViewPoint TMS.
Ben's extensive industry experience has given him a deep understanding of the transportation industry, as well as a strong grasp of information technology. He received his degree from Berks Technical Institute while working full-time at TLI, demonstrating his commitment to both his education and his career.
Ben is passionate about working with his team members and has been instrumental in driving the growth of TLI. Under his leadership, the company has experienced exponential growth and continues to provide innovative logistics solutions to its clients.
With his deep understanding of both the transportation industry and information technology, Ben is well-equipped to lead TLI's IT department and ensure that the company remains at the forefront of the logistics industry. Marketing Director
Meet Joseph McDevitt, a marketing and economics expert with over 14 years of experience in the transportation industry. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, another one in Economics, and a Masters in Business Administration, making him a well-rounded professional who understands the nuances of running a successful business.
Joseph is also a Certified Transportation Broker with the Transportation Intermediaries Association, meaning he has the knowledge and skills necessary to broker successful transportation deals that meet the needs of his clients. Throughout his career, he has worked in operations, sales, and leadership roles, giving him a unique perspective on how to manage a successful transportation business.
With his deep understanding of marketing and economics, combined with his experience in the transportation industry, Joseph is well-equipped to help businesses of all sizes navigate the complexities of transportation logistics. He has a proven track record of delivering results for his clients, and his dedication to providing exceptional service is second to none.
Sales Director
Meet Andrea Loud, an accomplished business professional with a rich work history spanning several industries. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Business, which helped her develop a unique blend of analytical and business skills that set her apart from others, Andrea started her career at Time Warner, where she gained valuable experience and skills that set her up for success in the corporate world. Andrea went on to work for a wholesale distributor of tools and accessories , where she further honed her sales and skills and built a strong reputation for delivering results. She then spent years working for this shipper in the role of Director of Operations. Her expertise in operations and logistics led her to being promoted to the Vice President of Operations & Logistics.
Later, Andrea consulted for and ran a unique Insulation Panel manufacturer, where she demonstrated her exceptional leadership and business acumen, leading the company to new heights. Despite her busy schedule, Andrea values and prioritizes her family. She has volunteered in multiple youth sports organizations as a coach and board member. She currently serves as President of the Boys Soccer Booster Club.
Andrea loves meeting new people and building strong relationships, which makes her an excellent addition to TLI. Procurement Manager
Josh Lokken is an industry professional with a diverse background in logistics, law, and program implementation. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science and government from Millersville University.
Joining TLI as a Logistics Specialist in 2016 he swiftly climbed through four promotions to his current position as Procurement Manager. In this role, Josh spearheads key account initiatives in tandem with multifaceted operations within the organization.
He is responsible for managing various aspects of carrier development, contract administration, and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for both new and existing business. He leads cross-functional teams, including Carrier Sales, Pricing & Analysis, and TMS Administrative departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. This leadership extends to the implementation and optimization of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ensuring seamless operations and accurate cost quoting, rating, and audit processes. He provides invaluable support to Account Management teams, facilitating onboarding processes and configuring TMS setups while developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Coupled with experience gained from years of international travel and exposure to diverse cultures, Josh brings a global perspective to his work. His strategic vision, combined with his hands-on approach and commitment to excellence, makes him a trusted leader and asset to the organization.
Outside of TLI, Josh enjoys sports that keep him outside, non-fiction, and spending time with his wife and son.
Operations Director
Dave Demers is a seasoned logistics professional with over 30 years of experience on the brokerage and truckload asset side. Throughout his career, Dave has held various leadership positions and has demonstrated a deep understanding of the logistics industry. For nearly two decades, Dave worked at RM Sullivan Transport where he was responsible for running over 400 trucks and managing over 8,000,000 square feet of warehouse space. During this time, he gained a reputation for his strong leadership skills and ability to drive results. In 2010, Dave launched his own 3PL Brokerage OTS and served as the President and Owner. He successfully grew the business over five years, which led to its eventual sale. Dave then joined Honey Locust Farms where he was responsible for running over 100 Reefer trucks servicing the food and livestock logistics industries.
Dave then brought his deep expertise to TLI, a 3PL brokerage, where he played a key role in growing the truckload brokerage by multiples. TLI is now known for its exceptional customer service and ability to handle all different mode types and equipment types from Dry Vans to Flatbeds. Dave brings discipline, and scalability to the company.
Dave is a family man and enjoys spending time with his loved ones. In his free time, he is an avid boxing fan and enjoys watching his favorite sports. With his extensive experience and proven track record, Dave is widely respected in the logistics industry, and is known for his ability to drive operational success for his team, clients and carriers.
Client Operations Director
Meet Ashley Rubendall, an accomplished professional and the Director of Client Operations at Translogistics Inc. With over a decade of experience in the logistics industry, she has proven herself to be a highly capable and driven individual who has continually achieved outstanding results throughout her career.
Ashley's journey in the logistics industry began with a Customer Service Representative position at a law office in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. From there, she has worked her way up the corporate ladder at TLI by demonstrating a strong work ethic, discipline, and consistently delivering exceptional results. Over the years, Ashley has held various roles, including Logistics Coordinator, Account Manager for large enterprise accounts, and Operations Manager for more than four years before finally being promoted to her current role as the Director of Client Operations.
As an industry expert, Ashley is a Certified Transportation Broker as issued by the TIA (Transportation Intermediaries Association). She has a degree from Temple University in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication, which has equipped her with the knowledge and skills required to excel in her profession.
Ashley is a respected leader at TLI, and her success in the industry has earned her the admiration and respect of her colleagues. With her exceptional leadership qualities, Ashley has played an instrumental role in the growth and success of TLI.
Brokerage Manager
John Shaw is a dedicated professional known for his exceptional leadership and commitment to excellence in the transportation and logistics industry. With a solid foundation in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, John embarked on a fulfilling career path that has earned him widespread recognition and respect among his peers.
John's journey in the logistics sector began in 2009 when he obtained his Certified Transportation Broker License from the Transportation Intermediaries Association. He honed his skills as a freight broker at JB Hunt, where he quickly distinguished himself as a reliable and efficient professional. Building on this experience, John transitioned to Freight Cowboy in 2011, further expanding his expertise and industry knowledge.
In 2014, John joined DRT Transportation, where he held various operational roles, culminating in his appointment as Branch Manager. Over seven years of dedicated service, John played a pivotal role in the company's success, demonstrating exemplary leadership and strategic acumen.
In 2021, John brought his wealth of experience and leadership prowess to TLI, assuming the role of Broker Manager. In this capacity, he oversees critical brokerage operations, leveraging his extensive background to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.
John's stellar performance and unwavering dedication to his craft have not gone unnoticed. In 2022, he was honored with the prestigious Employee of the Year award, a testament to his outstanding contributions and the high regard in which he is held by his colleagues. John's collaborative spirit, passion for excellence, and personable demeanor make him a valued member of any team.
Outside of his professional endeavors, John is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys spending quality time with his family. His genuine camaraderie and positive attitude make him not only a respected leader but also a trusted friend and mentor to those fortunate enough to work alongside him.
