Scott McDevitt

President & CEO | Founder

Scott founded TLI in 1994 and has led the company for over 30 years, growing it from a startup into a top-rated 3PL. Before TLI, he worked as a leading sales representative in leadership at Yellow, one of the country's largest LTL carriers.



Under his leadership, TLI has expanded into LTL, Truckload, Air, Expedite, and International freight, and has been recognized as a top-growing GRCA business. Scott has built the company on a family culture rooted in trust, loyalty, and integrity.

Ben McDevitt

Director of IT

Ben has spent over 16 years in the transportation industry and leads TLI's IT department. He spearheaded the development and launch of ViewPoint TMS, TLI's proprietary transportation management system.

He earned his degree from Berks Technical Institute while working full-time at TLI, building his technical expertise alongside real industry experience.

Joseph McDevitt, MBA, CTB

Director of Business Development

Joseph brings over 16 years in the transportation industry, with a Bachelor's in Marketing, a second Bachelor's in Economics, and an MBA. He's also a Certified Transportation Broker through the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA).

He's held roles across operations, sales, and leadership at TLI, giving him a ground-level understanding of the business behind the marketing he now directs.

Ashley Rubendall, CTB

Director of Client Operations

Ashley has over a decade of logistics experience, all of it built at TLI through a series of earned promotions, from Logistics Coordinator to Account Manager to Operations Manager before her current role. She's a Certified Transportation Broker through TIA and holds a degree from Temple University.

Charles Bernhardt, CPA, MBA

Controller

CHARLES T. BERNHARDT CPA, MBA has served as our Controller since February 2026.  He attained an undergraduate in Accountancy from Villanova University and received a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania along with becoming a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey while with public accounting’s “Big Four” firm of KPMG.

Most recently, Mr. Bernhardt lead the financial functions for multiple publicly traded and privately owned Life Science / BioPharma / Healthcare companies including Avstera Therapeutics Corp, Advaite Inc., Cellectar Biosciences (NASAQ: CLRB), Echo Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ECTE), Hemispherx BioPharma (NYSE: HEB / AIM), Active Day Inc. and Senior Care Centers of America. Earlier in his wide-ranging career, he served in Controllership roles for the Healthcare Division of Thomson Reuters (NYSE: TRI), TelAmerica Media, Comcast Cable (NASDAQ: CMCSA) and Suburban Cable. He launched his career in corporate America by diversifying his knowledge as a member of the Internal Audit management teams American Stores Corporation (NYSE: ASC) and ICI Americas (NYSE: ICI) / Zeneca (currently AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals trading as NYSE: AZN).

John Shaw, CTB

Truckload Operations Manager

John holds a degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and earned his Certified Transportation Broker License from TIA in 2009. His career spans JB Hunt, Freight Cowboy, and seven years at DRT Transportation before joining TLI in 2021.

Samantha Sweigert

Client Operations Manager

Samantha has been with TLI for nearly a decade and now leads the company's customer service teams. She's known for driving process improvements and for a hands-on approach to developing the people on her team.

Monique Campbell

Sales Manager

Monique has spent nearly nine years at TLI, starting in logistics operations before moving into sales leadership. She holds a degree in Communications from Shippensburg University and a Master's in Leadership from Liberty University, earned in 2023.

Mark Missigman

Sales Manager

Mark brings decades of experience working alongside some of the largest carriers and brokers in the transportation industry. At TLI, he's known for building strong client relationships, developing new business, and mentoring coworkers.
