Get Started with TLI
It is a simple process to book your first shipment. The process below is quick:
SHIPPER PROFILE
First we gather information about your shipping operations. In the Shipper Profile stage, we ask questions that help us to determine the service level required and general booking instructions. This prevents customer support from continually having to inquire about your shipping & receiving hours to save you precious time & energy.
This can include: Commodity, Packaging Type, Dock Hours, and anything additional you feel helps the TLI dream team serve you.
BILLING PROFILE
Next our team will gather your billing information. This provides clarity on where to send the freight invoices. Our team works fast to establish credit for your esteemed business to get your shipment booked as rapidly as possible.
ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
After those two steps, our team will review and activate your account. An optional, but recommended, step is to sign up for our ViewPoint web-portal TMS. This provides you complete control to tracking, quoting, and booking your freight.
