Josh Lokken

Procurement Manager

Josh Lokken is an industry professional with a diverse background in logistics, law, and program implementation. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science and government from Millersville University.

 

Joining TLI as a Logistics Specialist in 2016 he swiftly climbed through four promotions to his current position as Procurement Manager. In this role, Josh spearheads key account initiatives in tandem with multifaceted operations within the organization.

 

He is responsible for managing various aspects of carrier development, contract administration, and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for both new and existing business. He leads cross-functional teams, including Carrier Sales, Pricing & Analysis, and TMS Administrative departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. This leadership extends to the implementation and optimization of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ensuring seamless operations and accurate cost quoting, rating, and audit processes. He provides invaluable support to Account Management teams, facilitating onboarding processes and configuring TMS setups while developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Coupled with experience gained from years of international travel and exposure to diverse cultures, Josh brings a global perspective to his work. His strategic vision, combined with his hands-on approach and commitment to excellence, makes him a trusted leader and asset to the organization.


Outside of TLI, Josh enjoys sports that keep him outside, non-fiction, and spending time with his wife and son.
