LTL Carrier Schedules

  1. Provide Holiday Hours, if any: If your facility or any of your known customers' facilities plan to close early for the holiday, please inform us promptly. This information will help us avoid any operational hiccups by ensuring appropriate scheduling and coordination.
  2. Flag Hot Shipments: If you have any urgent shipments that need to be delivered promptly, please notify our team. We'll prioritize these shipments and closely monitor them to ensure they reach their destination on time, despite any holiday-related disruptions.
  3. Be Aware of Potential Delays: For non-urgent shipments, it's essential to anticipate possible delays, especially from carriers that are scaling back their operations on Friday and/or Monday due to the holiday. By adjusting expectations accordingly, we can mitigate any inconvenience and plan accordingly.

This compilation is not exhaustive and represents a list shared with TLI Operations. It is subject to change at the discretion of the LTL carrier.

The term "Limited Operations" may vary among carriers but typically involves restricted linehaul movements and limited pickup/delivery services. For instance, Pitt Ohio may operate for only half a day, while other carriers may opt for skeletal staffing to define their interpretation of "limited operations."
